The Child Nutrition Operations Specialist supports the effective management and daily operations of the district’s Child Nutrition Department. This position works closely with the Supervisor of Child Nutrition to ensure that all school food service programs operate efficiently, comply with state and federal regulations, and provide healthy, appealing, and cost-effective meals to students. The Operations Specialist serves as a key liaison between cafeteria managers, child nutrition staff, and district administration, focusing on quality control, training, compliance, and operational improvements across all schools.
