The Learning Experience - Corporate in Round Rock, TX is hiring a Chef/Cook to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children in our early childhood education center. You will manage daily kitchen operations, follow nutrition guidelines, and ensure food safety and quality.

Collaborate with teachers and center staff to deliver timely meals, monitor inventory, and maintain required records, including CACFP where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safe food handling
• Ability to follow menus, recipes, portions, and nutrition guidelines
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Food Manager or equivalent certification where required
• Must meet licensing, background screening, health, and training requirements

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to approved menus.
• Monitor kitchen sanitation and food safety practices.
• Assist with inventory, portioning, and meal service.
• Work with teachers to support smooth meal transitions.
