Job summary

WVU Medicine is seeking a Child Psychologist to join the WVU Medicine Children's Neurodevelopmental Center in Morgantown, WV. The candidate will diagnose and treat neurodevelopmental disorders in children and actively participate in teaching medical students, residents, and psychology trainees.

The role involves research, involvement in internship and fellowship training, and collaboration across hospital services with travel to other WV sites as needed.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program with internship and post-doctoral training in neurodevelopmental disabilities.
• Immediately eligible for licensure in West Virginia.
• Commitment to evidence-based evaluation and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the area of Child Psychology, focusing on neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Teach medical students, residents, psychology graduate students and fellows.
• Engage in research and supervise clinical training in the internship and pediatric fellowship.
