Job summary

The Center for Women’s Health Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a Research Specialist to support the CHAP Child Follow-Up Study under Dr. Heather Hazlett, Assistant Professor in Psychiatry.

You will coordinate and conduct in-person neurodevelopmental assessments with study participants, prepare materials, administer standardized tests, score and document results, and manage follow-up visits, roughly three hours per participant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience accepted.
• All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct in-person neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Prepare assessment materials and administer standardized neurodevelopmental tests.
• Score and document assessment results and data entry.
• Schedule follow-up visits and coordinate with study staff.
