Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling-related field.
• Active state licensure (LPC, LPC-Associate, LMFT, LMFT-Associate, LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Training in evidence-based approaches for youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on development, emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and families.
• Deliver individual, family, and parent-focused therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
