Job summary

Butterfly Effects in Fall River, MA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism during early evenings. You will help children build communication, social interaction, and self-care skills while collaborating with families on ABA plans.

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Join us in collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans.

Compensation and Schedule

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $21.00 - $27.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications.
• Part-Time Flexibility: 9-20 hours per week, mostly between 3-7 pm, providing the ideal work-life balance.
