Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BSN preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
• Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience in psychiatric inpatient or substance use disorders settings; crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients and families within a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition throughout the care continuum.
• Contribute to treatment planning, goals, and interventions based on patient strengths.
