Child Focused Therapist at Ellie Mental Health - Golden Valley

Location:

4150 Olson Mem Hwy Suite 110, Golden Valley, MN 55422

Compensation:

Annual range: $24,000 - $90,000 depending on model, hours, licensure, and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
• Clinical licensure or on licensure track (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.)
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Knowledge of child development and psychopathology
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, provide therapy, and make referrals for minors
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and documentation
• Build and maintain caseloads to meet billable expectations (full-time: 22 hrs, part-time: 10-21 hrs)
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and external care teams
• Coordinate with families, schools, and medical providers
• Deliver excellent client service and participate in team activities
• Use creative interventions to support client goals
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Providers utilize various modalities, including play therapy, CPP, TF-CBT, Dance/Movement Therapy, tailored to developmental needs.
