Job summary

Peak Behavioral Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Edmond, OK and surrounding cities to provide clinic-based and home-based services. We are looking for someone who is positive, personable, and enjoys working with children.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or already certified as an RBT.
• 2+ years of experience with children or a related degree; education/experience combination preferred.
• Excellent communication with providers and families.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to play on the floor with children for long periods.
• Proficient with technology.
• Passionate about helping children and families.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance.
• MVR without recent significant driving infractions; MVR check annually.
• High school graduate age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Attend team meetings.
• Thoroughly and effectively document all sessions.
• Collect data accurately.
• Maintain clinical records per HIPAA.
• Use BCBA supervision feedback.
• Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings.
• Discuss interventions with parents and caregivers professionally.
• Implement interventions as described by the BCBA.
• Communicate with the treatment team effectively.
