Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health Connections in Pueblo, Colorado, is seeking a Mental Health and Developmental Clinician to deliver Child First home-based psychotherapy to very young children and their families. This role partners with a Family Support Partner and uses trauma-informed CPP to strengthen caregiver‑child relationships and support emotional, language, and cognitive growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure within one month of employment (LPCC, LSW, LMFTC, etc.).
• Experience with CPP and trauma-informed approaches.
• Experience in parent-child therapy and early childhood mental health.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the Child First family and the Family Support Partner in assessments and planning.
• Provide home-based psychotherapeutic intervention with young children and caregivers using CPP.
• Develop and implement Child and Family Plan of Care with the team.
• Consult with teachers in early care and education settings as needed.
• Maintain documentation and participate in weekly reflective clinical supervision.
