Job summary

Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare seeks a full-time Child and Family Therapist at the Moran Center in Evansville, IN. You will perform assessments, crisis interventions, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth and their families.

The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, PTO, comprehensive benefits from day one, and supervision toward licensure. Eligible candidates include LSW, LCSW, LMFT-A, LMHC-A, or LMHC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; licensed or eligible in IN (LSW/LCSW/LMFT-A/LMHC-A or LMHC).
• Experience providing child and family therapy and crisis intervention.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and treatment services per Southwestern policies.
• Provide crisis intervention and individual, group, and family therapy to youth and families.
• Maintain progress notes, treatment plans, and required reports.
• Coordinate with community agencies and refer as needed.
• Attend weekly clinical meetings and participate in staff training.
