Job Description

Position

Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy, including play therapy, gender affirming therapy, and couples therapy.
  • Assess patients and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Set and evaluate therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate with other services for holistic care.
  • Perform case management.
  • Adhere to agency policies and fulfill additional duties as needed.
  • Ability to write reports identifying patient goals, outcomes, and interventions.
Benefits/Compensation
  • $60,035.50 - $81,021.60 annually

Work Environment
  • Sessions will primarily take place in our Lakewood office location, with opportunities for telehealth and school placements.
Requirements
  • LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D. (only one licensure needed)
  • Two years of experience providing therapeutic treatment services to children/families (preferred)
  • Active driver’s license (REQUIRED)
  • Availability to work the following:
    • Monday to Friday; x2 days 9-5p; x2 days 10-6p; x1 day 11a - 7p
Pay

$60,035.50 - $81,096 annually (DOE)
