NARA NW seeks a Child & Family Case Manager in Portland to provide comprehensive case management, skills training, and crisis support for children, youth, and families with behavioral health needs. You will help navigate mental health services, education resources, and community supports.
This in-person role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. A QMHA/QMHP credential is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

The Child & Family Case Manager provides case management, skills training, systems navigation, and supportive services to children, youth, and families experiencing behavioral health needs and complex needs. This position assists youth and families in accessing mental health services, community resources, and other supports while helping reduce barriers to care. The Case Manager helps youth and families navigate service systems, build skills, access resources, and remain engaged in recommended services and supports.

In addition, all employees agree to model alcohol sobriety. Modeling alcohol sobriety means not consuming, discussing, or promoting the use of alcohol, on the job, on social media and when in the community where the employee would be likely to be seen by NARA NW clients or community. If in recovery, employees must have been sober/clean for a length of time sufficient to demonstrate that they will be able to remain sober.
