Job summary

Professional Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Case Aide for the Waukesha SAFE Program in Waukesha, WI. You will support safety planning, supervise visitations, provide parent mentoring, and assist families with goal setting and home management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with at-risk youth preferred, and reliable daily transportation. Hybrid scheduling may be available after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Previous experience with at-risk youth and families preferred.
• Reliable transportation daily; valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, implement, evaluate, and review desired behavior changes with family.
• Assist families in goal setting, planning, and home management tasks.
• Conduct safe visitations with family members.
• Evaluate youth and families for treatment needs and refer to resources.
• Implement, evaluate, and review safety assessments and case plans.
• Conduct face-to-face contact with families to ensure safety and cooperation with plans.
• Intervene to de-escalate crises and promote productive interactions.
• Provide parent curriculum in individual and group settings.
• Safely transport clients as needed.
