Job summary

Scripps Health in San Diego is seeking a dedicated Teacher for the Gluck Child Care Center. This is a full-time, fully benefited position located near the Torrey Pines area.

You will contribute to a team of caregivers who provide patient-centered care and support early childhood development in a nurturing environment. The Gluck Center serves children aged 3 months to 6 years in eight classrooms, staffed by qualified teachers.

Responsibilities

• The care and developmental needs of young children.
• Supervising children and assigned Substitute Teacher's Assistants.
• Having knowledge of Title 22 Department of Social Services Child Development Division 12 Regulations.

This is a full-time, fully benefited position, working 8 -hour day shifts Monday-Friday. Located at our Scripps Gluck Child Care Center near the Torrey Pines area.

The Gluck Child Care Center was established in 1993 to provide childcare services to the employees of Scripps Health and The Scripps Research Institute. Gluck Child Care Center serves children ages 3 months to 6 years of age in eight age-appropriate classrooms. The program is staffed by fully-qualified, accomplished teachers. Parents are always welcome and encouraged to visit. Their philosophy of education is to provide an integrated curriculum in which imagination and self-expression flourish.

As a Teacher, you will be responsible for:
