Burn Boot Camp Appleton West is seeking a caring and compassionate Child Care Team Member to support children aged eight weeks to twelve years in a 45-minute daycare-style setting.

Responsibilities include creating a safe environment, implementing age-appropriate activities, supervising play, and maintaining cleanliness. Requires HS diploma and 18+; CPR/First Aid certification preferred; schedule includes AM/PM shifts and Saturdays; up to 25 hours weekly with gym membership perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related field.
• Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate caregiving techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
• Experience working with children in a daycare or a preschool setting is a plus

• PM Shifts (4:15pm-7:30pm)
• Rotating Saturday Mornings (7:45am-12:00pm)

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Must be 18+ to work with children in a child care facility
