Job summary

Burn Boot Camp is seeking enthusiastic individuals for their Paid Child Care Apprentice Program in Burlington, Wisconsin. If you love working with children and want to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment, this is the opportunity for you!

No previous experience is necessary as hands-on training and mentorship will be provided. The role includes leading games, building relationships with children and parents, and ensuring a clean, organized Child Watch area.

What You’ll Do

• Help create a safe, welcoming environment for children ages infant through 12
• Lead games, crafts, and age-appropriate activities
• Build positive relationships with children and parents
• Learn child supervision and safety best practices
• Keep the Child Watch area clean, organized, and engaging
• Support check-in and check-out procedures
• Work alongside experienced Child Watch leaders
