Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead for its child care centers. This role emphasizes guiding classroom instruction, managing daily activities, and partnering with families to support child development.

Ideal candidates will have prior licensed childcare experience, college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (CDA preferred), and a commitment to following licensing guidelines and company standards. Monday–Friday schedule and full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a CDA preferred.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers; create engaging learning experiences.
