Job summary

VASA Fitness in Aurora, CO seeks a Child Care Team Lead to guide the club's KidCare program. You will build a high-performing team, ensure safe, fun, age-appropriate care, and enable parents to focus on their workouts with confidence.

You will coach staff, enforce safety and cleanliness, and create a welcoming environment where families feel supported and members return to our community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading or supporting teams in child care, education, youth programs, or related environments.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a people-focused environment.
• Experience working with children in a structured, safety-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the KidCare team to deliver safe, engaging, and age-appropriate care.
• Ensure safety standards, cleanliness, and program procedures are followed during every visit.

HOW YOU WILL CHANGE LIVES

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) is the leader of the club's KidCare program. You'll build and develop a high-performing child care team while ensuring every child receives safe, fun, and age-appropriate care during every visit.

Your leadership allows parents to focus on their fitness with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. By coaching your team, maintaining safety standards, and creating a positive experience for families, you'll help make VASA a place members trust and return to.

• Compensation: Base rate of $XX per hour


• Split-Shift Schedule: This role works a consistent split shift from 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, with a break in the middle of the day

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience leading or supporting teams in child care , education, youth programs, or related environments
