Responsibilities:

1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
4. Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations

Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

1. At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
2. Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree required
3. At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $19.00 - $23.20. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.

This position is also eligible for a Hiring Incentive of $1,000, payable after 100 days of employment.
