Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom following essential procedures
  • Provide support across various classrooms or age groups as needed
Qualifications:
  • Must pass state and company background checks
  • Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool
  • Twelve semester units in Child Development, including core courses
  • AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred; transcripts required at hire

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with health and safety regulations, including immunizations and physical screenings. Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly rate ranges from $21.75 to $26.55, depending on experience and other factors. The position is eligible for a $2,000 hiring incentive. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, and career development opportunities, including free college degrees through our Horizons CDA & Degree Program.
