Full-time and part-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  • Preferred: CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field, or completion of specific courses: Introduction to the Child Care Profession, Skills and Strategies of Early Childhood, and Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations, physicals, and training. The role involves working in person at an early education/preschool center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal regulations, ensuring children's safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.25 to $19.85. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
