Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Kindergarten Prep Teacher for its BH Club House at West Cary. Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED (required)
  • 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
  • CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field (strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for 4- and 5-year-olds (required)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health, safety, and immunization requirements. You will work in person at an early education center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery, in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal regulations to ensure children’s safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $16.50 to $22.30, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.

Our pay range is $17.50 to $21.35 per hour.
