Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  1. 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
  2. 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  3. 9 ECE college credits, CDA, required
  4. Associate or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations and physical screenings. You will work in person at our early education/preschool child care center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with policies and regulations to ensure children's safety.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly rate ranges from $17.75 to $21.70, depending on experience and other factors. This position is also eligible for a $1,250 hiring incentive!
