Full-time and part-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Our center features natural sunlight, three hallways of classrooms, an art studio, multiple enrichment programs including Smartboards, Spanish, Mandarin, Music, Fine Dining, and Movement Matters. Our outdoor playgrounds are parklike and natural with an integrated Garden Works program. Conveniently located near Hwy 53, Lake Cook Rd, and Rand Rd., you’ll have easy access to and from work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children
  • Must meet state requirements to be Teacher Qualified in IL, which can be demonstrated by:
  • 60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of college credits, including 6 semester hours in child development courses, or
  • 1 year of child development experience plus 30 semester hours in relevant courses, or
  • Completion of a CDA credential program approved by the Department.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations and background checks. You will work in person at our child care center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery to ensure children's safety and well-being. Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $18.50 to $22.60, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
