Full-time positions are available with our 2-year-old class!

Mondays-Fridays: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children
  • Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
  • CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children (required)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations and employment physicals. You will work in person at our early education center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services in accordance with Bright Horizons' policies and legal requirements to ensure children's safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.10 to $21.70. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
