Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Credentials EDU 119 or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: NC CDL License preferred; Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 2 months of hire (required); ITS SIDS within 2 months of hire (required); BSAC for those working with school-age children (required); Criminal Background letter and education verification within 60 days.

Additional Skills

• BSAC required or working with school-age children; CDL if driving the bus.
• Maintain training hours as outlined for substitutes by regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work various schedules and effectively in all classrooms within the centers.
