Responsibilities:

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations

Qualifications:

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
• CD, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable laws and requirements concerning immunizations, physicals, and health and safety training. You will work in person at an early education/preschool child care center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services in accordance with Bright Horizons' policies, procedures, and legal standards, ensuring children's safety and well-being.

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $21.05. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. Benefits include:
