Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
2. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care.
3. Implement the Company-provided curriculum.
4. Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
5. Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, modeling table manners at family style meals.
6. Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean and organized.
7. Have countless advancement opportunities through our on-going training and expansive network of centers and brands.

Requirements:

1. Passion for working with children and developing young minds!
2. The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
3. Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work – no nights or weekends!
4. Qualified Teachers must have 750 hours in a licensed childcare facility or 9 quarter hours in ECE or closely related field.
5. Certified Guides must have a Montessori Certification (MACTE preferred).
