Bright Horizons at Purchase is now hiring full-time Teachers, working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  • CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements, including immunizations and background checks. You will work in person at our early education center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with policies and laws to ensure children's safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate is between $21.25 - $25.96. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and organizational factors.
