Responsibilities:

• Create hands-on activities tailored to children’s needs and interests
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom following essential procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, 18 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
• Must be part of Colorado Shines and at least a PDIS Level 2

The hourly rate ranges from $20.25 to $24.75, depending on experience, education, and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, and career development opportunities including free college degrees.
