Job summary

Little Dreamers Academy in Clarksville, TN is seeking passionate early childhood educators to join our Dream Team. You will create engaging, age-appropriate activities, foster social and cognitive development, and build strong relationships with children and families in a warm, supportive classroom.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Genuine passion for working with children.

• Ability to maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Willingness to complete required training and background checks.

• Observe and document developmental milestones and share those exciting achievements with families.
• Build positive relationships with parents through friendly, professional communication.
• Collaborate with your fellow Dream Team members to make every day a success.
