Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
  • Twelve semester units in Child Development, including core courses (Required)
  • AA/BA in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
  • Transcripts required at interview

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations and screenings. The role involves working in person at an early education center to provide supervision, care, and curriculum delivery, ensuring children's safety in accordance with policies and regulations. Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $21.75 - $26.55 per hour. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
