The YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley in Bettendorf and Pleasant Valley is seeking a Site Coordinator to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children enrolled in after-school programs. You will supervise staff, plan daily activities, and maintain open communication with parents.

The Child Care Site Coordinator is a leader, who actively participates in activities and is a positive role model to all participants and staff.Provide a warm and caring atmosphere for children in program.Directly responsible for planning and organizing all daily activities; ensure activities are developmentally appropriate for the age of the children.Provide direction and supervision to group leaders assigned to your site as well as program participants at all times. This includes taking calls related to staff absences and assisting in finding subs.Communicate with the parents through daily drop‐off and pick‐up.Must be able to pick up afternoon snacks at the Early Learning Center and deliver it to your assigned site.Ensure the work site is clean and a safe environment.
