As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you are:

• Caring! Follow licensing guidelines and standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Engaged! Observe, assess, plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Knowledgeable! Complete training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Creative! Implement our curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• At least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation depends on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
• Teacher/Lead Teacher: $20.00-$26.00/hr
