Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Elmwood, NY is hiring an Early Childhood Educator to supervise a classroom of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years and deliver developmentally appropriate activities. You will create a warm, engaging learning space that supports exploration and growth.

You will partner with families, communicate with guardians, and follow NAEYC standards to provide consistent care and education. This full-time role offers a childcare discount and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR CDA credential OR 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
