Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Berlin, CT is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

You will supervise children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, create developmentally appropriate curricula per NAEYC standards, and partner with families to support each child's learning.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA, Head Teacher cert, 12 credits in ECE, or Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Able to work within regular operating hours and meet state criteria for child care employment

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Head Teacher certification OR 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses OR Bachelor's Degree required
