Job summary

BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care Windsor West, CT is seeking a full-time early childhood educator to supervise a classroom for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, and to develop developmentally appropriate curriculum in line with NAEYC standards.

You will collaborate with families to support each child’s learning and safety, and join a community that values growth and high-quality care at BrightPath.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA credential or Head Teacher certification or 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses or Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
