Child Care Lead Teacher - Kids Country Day School

Pay Range: Up to $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in your assigned classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum following NAEYC standards.
• Design programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment that encourages exploration and growth.
• Partner with families to develop care and education plans tailored to each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, CDA credential, or Career Pathway Level 3.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care setting (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Availability to work during regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
