BrightPath Kids in Farmington, CT is seeking a full-time classroom teacher to supervise children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Implement developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with NAEYC standards and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CDA credential or Head Teacher certification or 12 credits in Early Childhood Education required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills; ability to multitask and work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in one classroom.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Head Teacher certification OR 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses OR Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
