BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care in Westlake, OH is seeking a full-time childcare professional to supervise a classroom of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years and to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. The role emphasizes safety, communication with families, and collaboration with parents to support each child’s learning.

Candidates must meet state childcare requirements; associate degree or CDA credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in ECE or related field OR CDA credential OR Career Pathway Level 3 OR Bachelor's degree.
• One year of licensed child care experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Requirements
