Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing online training modules for care professionals.
• Familiarity with CCR and TECPDS core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute subject matter expertise to the design of online child care training modules.
• Help develop clearly stated learning objectives and curriculum content aligned to early childhood core competency areas.
• Build knowledge checks and assessments to demonstrate participant understanding.
• Ensure content is appropriately scoped by clock hours and aligned to TECPDS Core Competency Areas.
• Review and approve course content before publication.
