Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year as a surveyor/compliance officer.
• CLEAR-Basic National Certified Investigator and Inspector Training or 2 years in a licensed/regulatory setting.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review quality systems, perform inspections to ensure compliance.
• Prepare investigation reports and track deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Attend meetings and solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance to providers and consumers.
• Perform other duties as assigned (typically 5–10%).
