As a Center Director, you are a TLE Happiness Ambassador. You are passionate for creating a happy and safe space that ensures our little learners have the best environment to Learn, Play, Grow. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality teachers who are committed to our mission and values.
  2. Ensure that all teachers are professionally trained, supported, and equipped with the resources they need to provide an exceptional learning experience for children.
  3. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among teachers and encourage ongoing professional development and growth.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning and development.
  5. Manage the center’s budget, including financial planning and reporting, and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
  6. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare center or related field.
  2. Proven track record of attracting, retaining, and engaging high-quality teachers.
  3. Strong relationship experience and ability to enroll and retain families.
  4. Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
  5. Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on building and motivating high-performing teams.
  6. Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
  7. Associates degree in early childhood education, or related field (preferred).
