Job summary

Bright Horizons Coconut Creek, FL is seeking a Director to lead daily operations, drive program quality, and oversee enrollment, budgeting, and family services. You will mentor teachers, partner with families and clients, and maintain licensing compliance.

This role requires an Associate or higher in ECE or related field, at least four years of leadership in child care, and proven ability to hire, retain staff, and foster an inclusive, high-performing center.

Qualifications

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least four years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required.
• Experience in both teaching (infant, toddler, or preschool) and administration of a child care center is required.
