Bright Horizons seeks a Child Care Assistant Director in the Abbott Park, IL area to help lead daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality curriculum and family engagement. You will partner with the Center Director to uphold our mission, culture, and safety standards while supporting teachers and refining program quality.
