Child Care Center Cook

Join our Bright Horizons Vita Kids Learning Center in conjunction with the Standard Process family as a Cook, where your cooking talents and kitchen management skills will make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, families, and staff!

Position Details: This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday between 6am-2pm, approximately 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and prepare nutritionally balanced meals for children and staff.
2. Keep an accurate inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
3. Manage all aspects of meal prep, cooking, cleaning, and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Relevant experience in a licensed child care center, public school, or commercial kitchen required.

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.

Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $17.75 to $18.25, depending on experience, education, certifications, and location.
