Overview

Support the Center Director with daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in accordance with our high standards and guidelines. Responsibilities
  1. Uphold our mission, culture, and values to ensure an inclusive environment and strong relationships with families, staff, and clients.
  2. Monitor program quality, ensuring children’s learning is documented and visible.
  3. Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
  1. Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development related field is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  2. At least two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required.
  3. Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety, and licensing standards is required.
Physical Requirements

This leadership role requires work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, curriculum delivery, business management, and customer services in compliance with laws and regulations, ensuring children's safety. The role involves a mix of office work, in-person supervision, family interactions, and the ability to serve as a supervising caregiver temporarily if needed. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $57,200 - $64,400 per year, depending on experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and career development opportunities, including free college degrees for teachers through our Horizons CDA & Degree Program.
