Job summary

Learning Care Group in Ohio is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children and staff on field trips, to and from school, and other locations. You will help ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations while supporting our mission to care-for families.

This role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, at least 21 years old, and experience working with children. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule, competitive benefits, and tuition assistance to help you grow with

• Responsible! Ensure each child's safety by maintaining vehicle functionality regularly and implementing safety procedures with their school Director.
• Team player! The Driver may step into a Teacher role or assist in other capacities as needed.

The Child Care Center Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting children and staff on field trips, to and from school, and other locations. The Driver ensures that the bus is regularly maintained and safe for driving under all applicable state and municipal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation range of $15.19-$15.78 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
