Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Child Care Center Bus Driver in Germantown, MD to transport children and staff safely on field trips and to and from school. You will operate a school bus or van, ensuring proper pre-trip checks and adherence to regulations.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with health insurance, retirement plans, and education assistance. Experience with children and a clean driving record are required, along with a valid license and being at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

Job description

The Child Care Center Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting children and staff on field trips, to and from school, and other locations. The Driver ensures that the bus is regularly maintained and safe for driving under all applicable state and municipal regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Caring! Transport children in a bus or van from one loving, educational environment to another with a smiling face!
• Responsible! Ensure each child's safety by maintaining vehicle functionality regularly and implementing safety procedures with their school Director.
• Team player! The Driver may step into a Teacher role or assist in other capacities as needed.

Job Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.18-18.89 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
